If your planning to organize one event every 4 months or less which is going to be under 10,000 with one or more organizers hosting then you can look at an events agency to handle all the setup and arrangement for you without the need to check if the size of the image header is right or other variables that can be set incorrectly. Freeing your time to get on with event details.
The added bonus is having someone who knows what going to work and what doesn't on hand throughout, something that is only available in the more expensive plans on offer directly by Hopin.
Large events over 10,000 can really benefit from an agency ready to lend a helping hand especially considering it's an annual plan. Most organizers have large periods between arranging the event with only one or two planned a year and that leads to down time where the platform isn't used.
If your planning to use the platform for 4 or more events a year with some good attendee numbers and feel confident that the event can go smoothly without the need to have support then either Hopin plan is can be a good fit.
Cost per attendee
For both plans there is an extra cost per attendee tied in using the Hopin platform. This is in the form of a per attendee fixed fee.
In the case of freely provided entry to your event. The fixed fee starts at $0.50 for the early access plan and is highly variable for the enterprise plan. If we take the Early access plan example Any number over the 100 included per month is charged at $0.50 cents per registration.
If you sell tickets a percentage of the ticket price is used to calculate the fee starting at 7% plus a transaction charge which is calculated by the payment provider Stripe. As a guide think 10% plus a fixed $0.30 cent charge. As an example a $100 ticket would cost $10.30 in charges.
